MARZ_Torte started in 1990's as a relatively small scale family run bakery.

Previously known as Mraz Bakes  A passion since young baking has always been in the blood.

Today, MARZ_Torte bakes using finest ingredients every day. 

Our range of products has diversified and expanded to meet the needs of the growing customer base.  MARZ_Torte now produces different types of bakery items, breads, pastries, chocolates cookies, confectionary, muffins, cakes and biscotti’s are just a fraction of the variety of products.   Even with a small scale product base we still surpass our competitors with superior customer satisfaction and consistently excellent quality of goods.

Our vision of is to provide an increasing portfolio of high quality, speciality products in the market, whilst maintaining excellent customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Our customer base is continually growing and ranges from kids to adults & are also recognised overseas too,  supplying to high profile and hope leading 4* and 5* hotel chains across the region.

The bakery consists of ultra-modern, state of the art, fully and semi-automated production lines and is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with the capacity to produce large volumes of products each and every day. 

As a founder i ensure that all goods are produced and distributed fresh to our customers.

Here are some of our favorite unique catering ideas for desserts:

  1. Bread pudding — Serving up this sweet treat will be a return to childhood for many guests. Have dried fruit, nuts and cookie crumbles to serve as a topping.

QUALITY CACAO FROM AROUND THE GLOBE​

The cocoa bean or simply cocoa, also called the cacao bean or cacao, is the dried and fully fermented seed of Theobroma cacao, from which cocoa solids and cocoa butter can be extracted. Cocoa beans are the basis of chocolate, and Mesoamerican foods including tejate, an indigenous Mexican drink that also includes maize. Our chocolate usage come from a premium quality and it has been in the market for quite some time.
